We Protect Your Privacy Online

Renewal collects information from you in one or more of the following ways:
IP Addresses: When you enter our web site, you pass through a "firewall" we use for security purposes. As you pass through it, we identify the Internet Protocol or IP address associated with the device you're using, such as a personal computer or handheld device. The IP address does not identify you personally, but it does allow Renewal to identify the device you are using. We store IP addresses in case we ever need to track a connection to its point of origin for security reasons.
Online Forms and Applications: If you submit an application or form online, we will collect the information you send in an electronic database. This information includes the information you submit on the application or form as well as your IP address. We use this to help us process your request and as a security measure to protect against the loss, misuse, and the alteration of data used in our systems.
E-mail: When you send us an email we will use your email address to reply to you, and, for a limited time, we will store your email address, your message, and our response for quality assurance. We may also do this to meet legal and regulatory requirements. If we collect your email address in this manner, we won't use it to let you know about Renewal products and services unless you have given us permission, in which case we may let you know by email about other products and services which may be of interest to you. How does Renewal Use Your Information?
When you apply for a Renewal account, we use your information to process your request. We will also send you emails to confirm your request for services.
